Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing innovation roadmaps aligned with future market opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate emerging technologies with 5-10 year commercialization potential
- Deliver executive-level briefings on future trends, risks, and disruptive forces impacting global industries
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, keynote presentations, and industry panels
- Design and manage foresight ecosystems including external partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal capabilities in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused leadership role
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Proven track record of translating future insights into successful commercial initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience building and managing cross-geographic innovation ecosystems
- Strong ethical framework for responsible innovation and technology governance
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-oriented projects
