Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap through predictive analytics and market trend research
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, sustainable AI)
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and investors with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for breakthrough innovations
- Champion ethical frameworks for next-generation technologies and sustainable implementation
- Mentor innovation teams in futures-thinking methodologies and speculative design
- Author thought leadership publications on technology's societal evolution post-2025
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in developing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AR/VR, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Published work in technology foresight or peer-reviewed future studies
- Experience with scenario planning tools and predictive modeling frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to influence organizational strategy through data-driven visioning
