Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce high-impact scenario planning documents for executive decision-making
- Establish KPIs to measure future-readiness across organizational functions
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts to build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend forecasting tools
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-level stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
