Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation framework, identifying emerging technologies and market opportunities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives, including horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Champion breakthrough R&D projects in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Present futuristic visions to stakeholders and investors, securing executive buy-in
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team of futurists and strategists
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for 2026+ technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global markets
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
