Responsibilities
- Proactively manage client portfolios to ensure retention and growth
- Resolve complex technical issues and escalations during night shift hours
- Develop and execute success plans for high-value enterprise clients
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver seamless 24/7 support
- Analyze usage data to identify expansion opportunities
- Create detailed documentation and knowledge base articles
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key accounts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B customer success or account management experience
- Proven track record in night shift or global support environments
- Exceptional written communication skills for asynchronous collaboration
- Technical aptitude with SaaS platforms and CRM systems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with Jira, Salesforce, or similar tools
- Relevant certifications preferred (CSM, AWS, etc.)
