Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM CST)
- Resolve technical issues, billing questions, and service disruptions for enterprise clients
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless customer handoffs and issue escalation
- Proactively identify process improvements and contribute to knowledge base articles
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT scores and resolution times
- Participate in quarterly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking aptitude
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule availability for night shifts (including weekends)
