Responsibilities
- Resolve technical inquiries and troubleshoot software/hardware issues for enterprise clients
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with global teams using Slack and virtual meeting platforms
- Adhere to SLA metrics while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Proactively identify trends to improve client experiences
- Complete monthly product knowledge training modules
- Participate in bi-weekly team syncs (virtual)
Qualifications
- 2+ years technical support experience (remote preferred)
- Proficient in Windows/macOS and networking fundamentals
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Available for 40-hour weekly schedule (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- High-speed home internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Quiet, dedicated home office space
- Experience with Zendesk/Salesforce or similar CRM
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
