Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Document interactions in CRM systems with precision and attention to detail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain performance metrics including first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction scores
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training on new products and support protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or technical support experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
