- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and implement solutions
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including resolution time and customer satisfaction scores

Qualifications

- 2+ years of customer service or technical support experience
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues using remote diagnostic tools
