Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Resolve technical issues, billing concerns, and product-related questions with 95% first-contact resolution
- Maintain detailed case notes in CRM system and document resolution protocols
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless service continuity
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs including CSAT scores and average handling time
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and skills development sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or overnight environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office space
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
