Responsibilities
- Provide 24/5 technical support via phone, chat, and email for enterprise software clients
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues using remote access tools
- Document cases thoroughly in Salesforce with detailed resolution steps
- Collaborate with global teams during handover periods for seamless continuity
- Proactively identify recurring issues to improve knowledge base articles
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through personalized support
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years technical support experience in SaaS or cloud environments
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows/macOS and mobile platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM PT)
- Strong problem-solving skills with analytical thinking
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification preferred
