Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including resolution time and CSAT scores
- Contribute to process improvements for night shift operations
- Participate in ongoing training for product updates and skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer support or technical experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available to work flexible night shift schedules including weekends
