- Provide 24/7 multi-channel support via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours
- Resolve complex customer inquiries with empathy and technical precision
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and escalate issues appropriately
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Meet/exceed KPIs for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for support processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office
