Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during night hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our software products.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM database accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams while keeping the customer informed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience in all customer-facing communications.
- Participate in nightly team huddles and shift handovers.
Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder with valid work authorization.
- Must reside within the United States (Charlotte, NC preferred).
- Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is a plus.
