What You'll Do: Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and email for enterprise clients. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, document cases in CRM systems, and escalate complex problems while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM MST)
- Troubleshoot technical issues for enterprise clients via remote access
- Maintain detailed case documentation in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with global support teams using Slack and Microsoft Teams
- Meet/exceed SLAs and customer satisfaction metrics
- Participate in bi-weekly team training sessions
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer support experience (technical preferred)
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Proficient in Windows/macOS and remote desktop tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High-speed home internet required (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Quiet, dedicated home office space
- Flexibility to cover occasional weekend shifts
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
