Responsibilities
- Execute night shift operations with precision, strictly adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Operate and maintain the specialized equipment provided by the company to ensure seamless production flow.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance checks on machinery and support tools.
- Document daily operational data and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace throughout your shift.
- Collaborate effectively with the day shift team to ensure continuity of operations and inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in industrial support, logistics, or manufacturing is highly preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
- Ability to operate heavy machinery and follow complex operational manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety standards.
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) is required.
