Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, or cranes) safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and transport materials to designated storage areas.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure it is in proper working condition.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of assigned equipment and workspaces.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience with heavy machinery or warehouse equipment is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license (for company vehicle operation).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
