- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Jira, Slack, and incident management platforms
- Document technical procedures, create knowledge base articles, and update system documentation
- Conduct proactive system maintenance and patch deployments during low-traffic windows
- Support global users across multiple time zones with complex technical troubleshooting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with Windows/Linux systems and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CCNA or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Proven experience working night shifts or rotating schedules in IT environments
- Expertise in network troubleshooting, VPN configurations, and endpoint security
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for automation tasks
