Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for server infrastructure, network systems, and cloud services during night shift hours
- Monitor and maintain 24/7 critical systems including VPN, firewalls, and backup solutions
- Execute system patching, updates, and security protocols during low-activity windows
- Collaborate with global IT teams to resolve complex technical escalations
- Document incident reports, maintenance logs, and knowledge base articles
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization
- Train junior staff on after-hours operational procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure support experience
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Active Directory
- Experience with AWS/Azure cloud services and virtualization
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex system issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written communication for incident documentation
- Flexibility to work rotating schedules including weekends
