- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise systems and cloud infrastructure
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols across remote work environments
- Collaborate with global teams via virtual communication platforms

- Optimize network performance for distributed workforce needs

Qualifications
- 5+ years in IT support with 2+ years remote/hybrid experience
- Expertise in AWS/Azure and network administration (CCNA/CompTIA Network+)
