Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server/network infrastructure during night shifts
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software issues

- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handovers
- Proactively monitor security alerts and threat intelligence

Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT support experience (night shift preferred)
- Proficiency with Windows Server/Linux environments
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
