Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during overnight hours
- Resolve technical issues for enterprise clients using proprietary software
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and escalate complex cases
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Participate in cross-functional training sessions twice monthly

Qualifications
