Responsibilities
- Deliver premium customer support via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Resolve technical issues and product inquiries for enterprise clients with 95% first-contact resolution rate
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions in Salesforce CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated cases and process improvements
- Meet or exceed KPIs including average handle time (AHT), customer satisfaction (CSAT), and quality scores
- Participate in mandatory weekly team meetings and bi-monthly training sessions
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and best practice sharing
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience with technical support background
- Proven ability to work independently in remote/virtual environments
- Exceptional communication skills with neutral accent for global clientele
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and ticketing systems
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home office space
- Availability to work flexible overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification preferred
