As a key member of our support team, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, resolving technical issues and providing exceptional service during our peak operational hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Handle a high volume of customer tickets and support requests via email and chat during the night shift.
- Troubleshoot & Resolve: Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues for clients across the United States.
- Client Communication: Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication to customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Documentation: Accurately document all support interactions and resolutions in our CRM system for future reference.
- Escalation Management: Identify complex issues that require management attention and escalate them appropriately.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the provided remote work equipment is functioning optimally and report any hardware failures immediately.
Qualifications
- Location: Must be based in Atlanta, GA or willing to work remotely within the US.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or technical help desk roles.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar rotating schedules).
- Equipment: Access to a high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills with computers, mobile devices, and standard office software.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to remain calm under pressure.
