Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
- Monitor and resolve system alerts for client infrastructure via remote dashboard
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and performance metrics in CRM systems
- Collaborate with global teams using real-time communication tools
- Adhere to strict SLA protocols and security compliance standards
- Proactively identify system improvements and report findings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in IT support or technical operations role
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/software troubleshooting
- Experience with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- High-speed internet connection at home office
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
