Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support to clients via phone, chat, and remote access during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues using company-provided diagnostic tools
- Maintain detailed incident logs and escalate complex problems to Tier 2 support
- Document solutions in knowledge base for future reference
- Adhere to SLAs and performance metrics for resolution times
- Collaborate with global support teams using virtual communication platforms
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support)
- 1+ years in technical support or customer service role
- Experience with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Reliable high-speed internet connection at home
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS)
