Responsibilities
- Deliver 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and email during night shift hours
- Troubleshoot complex software/hardware issues using remote diagnostic tools
- Document cases meticulously in CRM systems with detailed resolution steps
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve escalated customer inquiries
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and response time metrics

Qualifications
