Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming inquiries via phone and chat during the designated night shift hours.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve complex customer concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity and knowledge sharing.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Must have a dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet (fiber preferred).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
