Responsibilities

- Maintain a quiet and professional home office environment to minimize background noise.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to transfer complex issues and ensure continuity of support.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services where appropriate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
