Responsibilities

- Perform hands-on technical troubleshooting and maintenance of specialized equipment.
- Resolve incoming technical support tickets and escalate complex issues to day-shift leads.
- Document nightly system logs, performance metrics, and incident reports accurately.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failure.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company operational standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, IT operations, or engineering.
- Proven ability to work independently and maintain high energy levels during night shifts.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and standard diagnostic tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-pressure environments.
- Ability to lift and maneuver equipment weighing up to 50 lbs (as required by role).
