Responsibilities
- Deliver remote and on-site technical support for hardware/software issues during overnight shifts
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, servers, and cloud systems
- Document support tickets, incident reports, and resolution procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical escalations
- Implement security protocols and perform system backups
- Train junior staff on support best practices and tools
- Conduct proactive system maintenance and performance optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with night shift exposure
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for networking, hardware, and software issues
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work autonomously
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional on-site visits
