Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, email, and chat during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues for enterprise clients
- Document all interactions in CRM system with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with global support teams to escalate and resolve critical incidents
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential disruptions
- Conduct remote diagnostics and execute system patches as needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge base articles and training materials
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT support or helpdesk environment
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Proficient in Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and cloud services
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk) and remote access tools
- Must pass background check and drug screening
