- Monitor network infrastructure and proactively resolve system outages during overnight hours
- Document incidents, solutions, and knowledge base articles with precision
- Collaborate with global IT teams during critical incident escalations
- Execute scheduled maintenance windows during low-traffic periods
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Tier 2/3 IT support or system administration
- CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certification preferred
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with minimal supervision
