Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments efficiently using provided forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform inventory checks and reconcile stock discrepancies in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed during operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and ensure workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a smooth handover of duties.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for shipping, including labeling and packaging.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and data entry.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
