Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve system incidents during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise software and infrastructure
- Execute scheduled maintenance tasks during low-traffic periods
- Document incident resolutions and maintain detailed knowledge base
- Collaborate with global teams for seamless shift handovers
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support or system administration experience
- Proficiency with Linux/Windows Server environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network, database, and cloud systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS/Azure certification preferred
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Valid Hawaii driver's license (for occasional off-site support)
