Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and remote access during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Troubleshoot complex system issues across cloud infrastructure, SaaS applications, and enterprise hardware
- Document all incidents using ServiceNow with detailed resolution steps and preventive measures
- Collaborate with global support teams during critical outages and major incident escalations
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction through empathetic communication and efficient resolutions
- Participate in continuous training modules to earn AWS/Azure certifications
- Monitor system health using Splunk and PagerDuty to proactively address potential disruptions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Customer service experience in any industry
- Reliable transportation for flexible scheduling
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ certification within 6 months
