- Document all customer interactions, symptoms, and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction scores by maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and technical documentation to assist users effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service roles.
- Must be available to work 100% remotely during night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM EST).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
