Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via chat, email, and phone during the night shift.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for remote employees.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to transfer complex tickets and ensure 24/7 coverage.
- Stay up-to-date with company products and services to provide informed assistance.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and support protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule.
