Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues via remote channels.
- Monitor system performance and respond to critical alerts during the night shift window.
- Document all interactions, resolutions, and system changes in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and issue resolution.
- Conduct remote training sessions for users to improve system literacy and reduce future support tickets.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when assisting internal and external clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in technical support, customer service, or help desk environments.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on remote customer interaction.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
