Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming support tickets and technical inquiries via chat, email, and phone systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for remote clients with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our Knowledge Base to improve future support efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Day Shift team to ensure a seamless handover of ongoing critical issues.
- Conduct basic system maintenance and patch updates during low-traffic periods.
- Provide clear, empathetic, and professional communication to customers with diverse technical backgrounds.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Must be available to work a Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM PST) on a full-time basis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
- Proficiency in Remote Desktop, Microsoft Office Suite, and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, JIRA).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
