Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service via chat, email, and phone during night shift hours.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues for our client base efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow and issue continuity.
- Identify recurring technical issues and suggest process improvements to management.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer support, technical helpdesk, or call center environments.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS), browsers, and office productivity software.

- Must be available to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM EST).
