Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and account issues using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate unresolved issues
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs including call time, resolution rates, and quality scores
- Participate in bi-weekly virtual team meetings and quarterly training sessions
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data and company information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 2+ years customer service experience in remote or call center environment
- Exceptional communication skills with clear phone etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with strong attention to detail
