Responsibilities
- Resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email during overnight shifts
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated issues
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance standards for sensitive health information
- Continuously update product knowledge through self-directed learning
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution times and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in healthcare or B2B environments
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong typing skills (45+ WPM) and proficiency with CRM software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with empathetic communication style
- High-speed home internet and quiet dedicated workspace
- Availability to work flexible shifts between 10 PM - 6 AM PT
