Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets and inquiries during weekend shifts.
- Document all technical interactions, resolutions, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering and development teams to escalate and track complex software bugs.
- Conduct remote diagnostics and troubleshooting sessions with clients to identify root causes.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
- Participate in weekend training sessions to stay updated on new technologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical customer service.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during off-hours.
- Experience with remote access tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.) is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet.
