Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Conduct regular check-ins and onboarding calls to assist clients in achieving their goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, chat, and video calls.
- Identify client needs and collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.
- Track and report key performance metrics (KPIs) to management on a weekly basis.
- Document client feedback and contribute to the improvement of our support processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or technical support (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk) is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
