- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex issues
- Contribute to process improvements for remote support workflows
- Complete 15+ customer interactions per shift during peak hours
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support experience in tech/software industry
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
