Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with empathy and technical precision
- Document support cases in Zendesk and escalate complex issues to Tier 2 engineers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product usability
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and training materials
- Maintain CSAT scores above 95% through personalized support solutions
- Participate in bi-weekly virtual training sessions on new features
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer support experience, preferably in SaaS/tech
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Zendesk/Salesforce) and troubleshooting methodologies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
