Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone with a focus on regional clients in Louisiana.
- Resolve product and service issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues and improve service delivery.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
