Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Conduct proactive outbound calls and emails to identify and qualify new business leads within the designated market.
- Closing Deals: Demonstrate the ability to negotiate and close sales opportunities to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- CRM Management: Accurately log all interactions, sales data, and prospect information into our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Client Communication: Maintain consistent follow-up communication with prospects and clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and identify new business avenues.
- Team Collaboration: Attend virtual team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not required for top candidates.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a working laptop/desktop computer.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with little supervision and manage time effectively.
