Responsibilities
- SEO & Content Strategy: Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to develop data-driven content strategies that improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
- Technical SEO: Audit website performance, identify technical issues, and implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other ATS platforms to identify and engage potential candidates for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, screen applicants, and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Job Posting Management: Write compelling job descriptions and manage job board postings to attract high-quality applicants.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor SEO performance metrics (KPIs) and recruitment funnels, providing weekly reports to the management team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and HR teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Technical Recruiting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write engaging job descriptions and SEO copy.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
- Tools: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Microsoft Office Suite.
